Kerry \nDuring this day we will explore how the practices of meditation\, compassion and loving kindness can connect us to a deeper and wiser aspect of our being. The simple practice of loving kindness meditation can open our minds and hearts\, inspiring us with confidence to initially heal ourselves and then extending our intention outwardly to include others. \nWe will learn how the skilful practice of loving-kindness and its application can assist us in developing self-compassion\, evolving to developing compassion for others.
